The Michigan Forest Association provides information and testimony to our legislators in Michigan, local municipalities, and our US Members of Congress.  Laws affect our lives in many ways; the taxes we pay, the choices we are allowed to make, and the way in which our public employees may assist the management of forests. Laws are important and we try to provide balanced information and testimony regarding them.
MFA advocates for the benefit of private forest owners, sustainable forest management, and the healthy treatment of all forests.
